In case, the defect was a result of a serious error on the part of Shop seven eleven, this cost of return shipment may be refunded (up to the cost of shipment charged by Shop seven eleven) to the User provided that the product is accompanied by the return shipping receipt and the completed returns slip (issued by Shop seven eleven via email upon request).The User understands that no refunds will be provided in the event that they change their mind about purchasing the products and/or services or if they refuse to pay the applicable customs taxes and duties. No refunds will be provided if no effort was made to resolve the problem via email prior to returning the product, or if no defects are found, parts are missing, the product is not the same one that was shipped to the User, or the product has been upgraded or flashed.The User understands that unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after a certain period of time has elapsed with no further communication from them and no payments made.
